The City of Elsa EDC has tasked us with the design of their 22 acre landmark park project. This linear park is located in the heart of Elsa and will be developed on the former Union Pacific Railroad grounds. This park will feature a splash pad, a volleyball court, trails, and a variety of unique elements that will enhance the outdoor experience of all nearby residents. Once the park is completed it will provide a valuable recreational resource for the residents of the neighborhood and will galvanize the value of the homes in the area. We continue to work in tandem with City staff members and the grant management team to provide a plan that meets the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department requirements and the City’s needs. We look forward to this project moving from the current design phase to the bidding and construction phases.
