The community greenspace of this multifamily tiny home development near Austin features a variety of amenities that make it easy for one to be outdoors. Outdoor recreation options include a central park with walking trails, dog park, shaded picnic tables, bbq grills, restrooms, nature play area, and traditional playground. Near the community central building is a hub of outdoor dining, dog wash station, and open green space. Smaller pocket parks are scattered throughout the development that include putting greens, casual seating areas, and pollinator gardens. Streambank stabilization methods are incorporated to protect the stream that weaves through the development. This project will provide the residents with a wonderful place to play, exercise, and build a stronger community.
