The design for this Native residence focuses on heavy layering of native plant material that helps balance the house volume. Features include a fabulous outdoor entertaining area, pergola, grilling, paver and stone walkways, landscape lighting, pool upgrades, and open lawn spaces complete this unique and fabulous residence. Finally, the combination of dappled shade, water, and sweet scents create a wonderful sensory experience. We always strive to create a design that results in the best house on the block!

We are excited to share the groundbreaking photos of the new Las Esperanzas subdivision. We are in the design phase for this subdivision's phase 2 additions. Phase 2 features a park with connecting trails, playground, reforestation, dog park, and picnic areas. The park trails will connect to the new apartments, townhomes, and commercial plazas that encompass the existing lake. Follow us to see how this project develops. |
