​We have been working hard over the past six months to create an estate in the European style. A series of outdoor rooms that are perfect for leisure, entertaining, sport, and culture fill the grounds with limitless opportunities.  We added an event lawn, labyrinth, sculpture garden, sports lawn, motor court, fountains, and playgrounds to the existing main house, guest house, and outdoor dining.  We mixed classic European design themes like symmetry and framing views with a modern plant palette, a range of local materials, and a bit of fun! 

​The goal of this project was to take the housing layout and add some life! We took the base drawing and added the surrounding golf course, pool, outdoor recreation areas, birding, boating, and parks to create a developer's dream sales tool. We were able to turn the ordinary to extraordinary and provide a critical component to the sales team's marketing package.
