​This contemporary landscape design was completely transformed by preserving the mature oak trees and removing the existing shrubs to create a harmonious and inviting entrance. The design emphasizes symmetry, effectively framing the home and front door, while providing screening from neighbors and utilities for enhanced privacy. A custom raised planter was  strategically placed at the center of the circular driveway, serving as a focal point. The selection of freeze-hardy, low-maintenance plants ensures a lush, layered appearance, featuring vibrant greens complemented by accents of burgundy for a striking visual appeal.

This 30- acre park will integrate seamlessly with the established neighborhoods and schools. Our site plan features a 7-acre lake, a playground, climber play structure, swing set, bike loop parking, accessible picnic tables, shade structures, pollinator gardens, reuse water irrigation system, and whimsical trails for kids of all ages to enjoy.
