Villa Garza Flores PArk

The City of Hidalgo has tasked us with the design and construction observation work for the 5 acre park project. This park is centrally located within an established neighborhood and has numerous existing shade trees. We are assisting the City with realizing their vision of this park development being a catalyst for additional neighborhood expansion and investment. Once the park is completed it will provide a valuable recreational resource for the residents of the neighborhood and will galvanize the value of the homes in the area. We continue to work in tandem with City staff members and the grant management team to provide a plan that meets the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department requirements and the City’s needs. We look forward to this project moving from the current design phase to the bidding and construction phases.
