The goal of this project was to take the housing layout and add some life! We took the base drawing and added the surrounding golf course, pool, outdoor recreation areas, birding, boating, and parks to create a developer's dream sales tool. We were able to turn the ordinary to extraordinary and provide a critical component to the sales team's marketing package.
